The Bennett's Harbour cottage is located alongside the main house on the leeward side of the island, in a secluded cove with beautiful sugar sand beaches. Quiet and secluded, this cottage enjoys the tropical sea breezes and the sounds of the ocean.

The cottage is constructed of coral limestone, and has a bathroom with tub and shower, a wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans and portable fans. Air conditioning is never required. The cottage is complete with a full kitchen, all cooking utensils, linens, towels, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and an outdoor gas barbecue. There is also a radio/cassette/CD player, and a TV/VCR. Please bring your favorite videos and CD's.

This cottage rents for $1000 a week for 2 people.
• Each additional person is $200.00 per week.
• $1200 a week for 3 people
• $1400 a week for 4
• $1600 a week for 5.
•Additional nights stay are $200 per night.

Reservations for these must be made at the time of booking to assure availability. We ask for a 50% deposit to hold your reservation, and the balance 60 days before you leave for the island. Cars and Small Trucks are for rent at a rate of $300 per week. Check with Trevor for availability of a car by the day. We also have outboard skiffs, runabouts, and inflatables that start a $300 per week. Reservations for these must be made at the time of booking to assure availability.
